Amory—Turner Junior Lusby, 74, passed away on September 24, 2017. Born on September 25, 1939, in Amory, he was the son of the late Turner and Margie Hawkins Lusby.
Turner served in the Army National Guard, 1/198th Armor Division as a medic. He married the love of his life, Charlene, on January 6, 1969. Their 48 years of marriage was blessed with many cherished memories.
Turner enjoyed listening to rock and roll and watching Ole Miss Football. He loved spending time with his family. He also liked to play the keyboard and piano.
He was very passionate about veterans and serving his country. Turner loved his family most of all. He has left a behind a lifetime of memories and love.
A service will be held at 10AM Friday, September 29, at Diversicare, Amory with Bro. Kevin Crook and S. Lael Niblick officiating.
