Smithville – Sue Tucker Giuliani, 81, passed away on Tuesday, February 17, 2015, at Gilmore Regional Medical Center, Amory. Born on June 7, 1933, in Becker, she was a daughter of the late James Gaither and Maude Grace Holloway Tucker.
Sue graduated from Smithville High School in 1951. Sue married Domenic Giuliani in 1972 and they were happily married for 22 years. She worked as a seamstress for many garment factories, including Amory Garment and Carlisle Cleaners. She did alterations for Carlisle for over 26 years. She loved to sew and spend time with her grandchildren. She enjoyed watching her favorite sports team, the Dallas cowboys. Sue had a giving heart and she donated clothes to the Lakota Indian Reservation. She was a faithful member of the Lakeside Baptist Church. Her favorite music included Country and Gospel.
Survivors include her sons, Troy Marshall (Mary), Smithville, Jerry Marshall (Kay), Hamilton, Al; sister, Violet Sizemore, Smithville; grandchildren, Christy Ritter(Truitt), Smithville, Susan Marshall, Smithville, Jerry Marshall Jr., Smithville, and Chris Marshall, Austin, TX; great-grandchildren, Daniel and Mason Ritter; several nieces & nephews.
In addition to her parents, Sue was preceded in death by her husband, Domenic Giuliani; brothers, James Tucker and Ollie Tucker; grandchild, Jennifer Marshall.
Visitation will be from 5-7:30 p.m., Saturday, February 21, 2015 at E.E. Pickle Funeral Home in Smithville. A private burial will held at a later date.
