Sandra Mcdonald

Amory—Sandra McDonald, 70, passed away on Tuesday, March 21, 2017, at Diversicare in Amory. Born in Greenwood Springs, MS, Sandra was the daughter of the late Woodrow and Ruby Bridges McDonald.

Sandra attended Hatley Schools. She was one to never complain about anything despite all she faced in life. She was known for her dry wittiness. She attended St. Helen’s Catholic Church. The staff at Diversicare and her church family were her special friends.

She is survived by cousins: Mary Nell Flippo (Bobby), Amory, Judy K. Marshall, Amory, Richard Bridges (Ann), Amory, Joann Westbrook, Lauderdale, MS, Jean Patterson (Shelby), Flowood,MS, Bobby Bridges (Florine), McComb, MS

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Charles McDonald.


The family will have a memorial service on Wednesday, March 29, at 11:00 AM at St. Helens Catholic Church, Amory, MS.
