Rhonda Burrough Windham
Amory – Rhonda Burrough Windham, 37, died on Sunday, September 14, 2014, at Gilmore Memorial RMC, Amory. Born on April 18, 1977, in Amory, she was a daughter of the late Billy Burrough and Belinda Berry Brown.
Windham attended Hatley High School and on April 3, 2009, in Marion County, Alabama, she married Chris Windham. Rhonda was a great mother and wife. She had a great sense of humor and enjoyed making people laugh. The most important thing for her in life was her family. She enjoyed shopping, spending time with her grandson, and listening to country music. Windham liked riding motorcycles and was a member of the Dream Riders and the Combats Vets Association Patriot Riders. For many years, Windham has worked as a clerk at the Chevron where daily she touched people’s lives and made them smile.
Survivors include her husband, Chris Windham, Amory; a daughter, Hanna (Matthew) Burrough of Lackey; son, C. J. Burrough of Amory; brother, Jason (Dana) Burrough of Amory; sister, Stacy Burrough Smith of Amory; grandchild, Brayden Powell of Lackey; and several nieces and nephews.
A Funeral Service will be held at 2 PM, Wednesday, September 17, at E.E. Pickle Funeral Home, Amory with Bro. Jeff Smith officiating. Pallbearers will be Benjamin Powell, Chris Roberts, Chris Bennett, Jason Harris, Ethan Harris, Daniel Gray. Burial to follow at Haughton Memorial Park, Amory.
Visitation will be from 5 – 8 PM, Tuesday at the funeral home.
