Aberdeen—Nancy Clark Hallman, 68, died Friday, September 16, 2016, at the Merit Gilmore Memorial Hospital in Amory. Born on December 6, 1947, she was a daughter of the late LeRoy Clark and Irene Rae Clark.
Nancy was of the Baptist faith and attended Nettleton Independent Methodist Church. She graduated from Amory High School, Class of 1966, and also graduated cosmetology school in Birmingham, Alabama. She married Terry Hallman on March 15, 1968.
Nancy’s life was guided by her love for God and her family. She shared her faith with everyone she knew and wanted them to know the same salvation that she had received. Her family was most important to her. She was blessed with four daughters, two grandchildren and one-great grandchild.
She is survived by her husband, Terry Hallman; daughters, Kristen Massey (Fiancé, Kip Reese) Aberdeen, Stacey Hallman, Aberdeen, Paige Hallman Kennedy (Bubba), Fulton; a brother, Donald Clark (Janette), Commerce, GA; grandchildren, Lydia Heinz, Haidrien Hallman; one great-grandchild, Holland Massey, seven nephews and 13 nieces.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a daughter Amanda Hallman Massey.
Graveside service for Nancy Hallman will be Monday, 2:00 PM, September 19, 2016, at New Hope Coontail Cemetery in Aberdeen. Bro. Bubba Kennedy and Rev. Donald Clark will be officiating. Pallbearers will be: Joseph Clark, Benjamin Clark, Jerry Pierce, Randy Kennedy, Kip Reese, and Jimmy Clayton.
Visitation will be from 11:30 AM - 1:30 PM, Monday, at E. E. Pickle Funeral Home, Amory. We will leave in procession from the funeral home at 1:30 PM.
