Quincy- Mary Louise Thompson, 91, died Friday, October 4, 2013 at Golden Living Center in Amory. A lifelong resident of Monroe County, she was born to George Armon and Eula Undeen Easter Kimbrough. She married Grady Oliver Thompson, her husband of over 71 years who precedes her in death. She was a longtime member of Rocky Springs Baptist Church and retired as a seamstress, becoming a loving homemaker. A devout Christian Lady, she deeply loved her family and enjoyed gardening, canning, quilting and cooking.

She is survived by a host of family members, whom she deeply loved. In addition to her parents and husband, she is preceded in death by 2 sons.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 2 pm, Saturday, October 5, 2013 at E.E. Pickle Funeral Home with Bro. Tommy Whaley and Bro. Robert Fowlkes officiating. Burial will follow in Durrett Cemetery. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.

Visitation will be Friday evening from 5-8 pm at the funeral home.
