Mary Knight

Nettleton – Mrs. Mary Belle Fowler Knight, 50, died on Saturday, September 11, 2010, at her residence. Born on January 7, 1960, she was a daughter of the late Harriel & Dessie May Gray Fowler.
A praying lady, she was a member of Professors of Jesus Christ Church, Nettleton. Mary was as a seamstress for Superior Products. A sweet lady with a big heart, she loved her family and grandchildren. Mary enjoyed sewing, flowers, Gospel music, traveling, fishing and dining out.
She is survived by her husband, John A. Knight, Jr., Nettleton; daughters, Dessie Page, Baldwyn and Amy Ann Knight, Kentwood, LA; sons, Rufus Lee “Bubba” Boggs, Nettleton and Brian Knight, Kentwood, LA; sister, Dizzine Ann Sartin, Tremont; Curtis Lee Fowler, Nettleton; and 6 grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held at 11 AM, Tuesday at Professors of Jesus Christ Church with Bro. Eddie Clayton officiating. Burial will follow in Wiygul Cemetery. Pallbearers will be David Fowler, Joe Sartin, Mike Page, David Tartt, Bud Thomas, Nick Holley and Arlis Loden.
Visitation will be from 9:30 AM until the service hour on Tuesday.
The family requests donations are given to the funeral home to help with funeral expenses.
