Amory - Margalo James passed away on Sunday, September 19, 2021 at River Place Nursing Center in Amory.
She was born in Itawamba County, Mississippi, to the late Jesse Gordan Greene and Lora Mae Boozer Greene. She was a 1954 graduate of Amory High School.
Margalo is survived by her husband, Don James, Amory; daughters, Marlana Samples (Danny “Bud”), Smithville, Mona Young (Rodney), Smithville; son, Mark Williams (Rhonda), Columbus; grandchildren, Jessica Gregory, Amory, Kelsi Wright(Alix), Hatley, Darby Unruh (Ryan), Columbus, Fisher Young, Smithville, Macy Williams, Columbus; great-grandchildren, Jilli Grace Asa, Amory; Ivey, Bryson, and Henley Wright, Hatley.
She was preceded in death by her parents Jesse Gordan Greene and Lora Mae Boozer Greene.
There will be no services.
