Smithville, Miss.—Lavada Lorell Reagan Stovall, 80, died on Sunday, February 24, 2013 at her home. Born August 27, 1932 in Brynton, Arkansas, she was a daughter of the late Robert Corey and Florence Carroll Reagan. She married Raymond T. Stovall. Along with her husband, she was a business owner for over 30 years in Wichita, KS. She was a member of the Pearce Chapel Free Will Baptist Church.
A Celebration of Life service will be 2 p.m. Wednesday, February 27, 2013 at the Pearce Chapel Free Will Baptist Church in Smithville with Bro. Van Dale Hudson officiating. Burial will be in the Hatley Cemetery. E.E. Pickle Funeral Home of Amory is in charge of the arrangements.
Survivors include two sons, Dennis W. Stovall of Bedford, TX and Patrick D. Stovall of Smithville; one daughter, Ruthann Stovall of Bedford, TX; sister, Ruth Adams of Brynton, Ark.; 4 grandchildren, Michael Stovall, Joann Gandolfi, Zachary Stovall, and Russell Shaw; and 3 great grandchildren, Jason Shaw, Jacob Stovall, and Rocko Gandolfi.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband of 45 years, Raymond Stovall; 2 sisters and 5 brothers.
Pallbearers will be family and friends.
Visitation will be 5 until 8 p.m. on Tuesday evening at the funeral home and the body will lie in state one hour prior to services at the church.
