Tupelo – Keith Bryan Easter, 71, passed away on Monday, February 19, 2024, at North Mississippi Medical Center in Tupelo, MS. He was born on January 9, 1953 in Amory, Mississippi to the late James Buford Easter and Alice Bernice Bryan Easter.
Keith grew up in Missouri, Arkansas as well as Mississippi and graduated from Shannon High School in 1971. He later attended Itawamba Junior College. He married Gloria Wicker Armstrong Easter on April 29, 2011. During his lifetime, he was blessed with one daughter and two step-children and two grandchildren. He was a good father, friend and had a great sense of humor. Keith worked many years as a butcher for Piggly Wiggly grocery store in Nettleton, MS. He was always a good provider for his family.
In his downtime, Keith enjoyed working out in yard, hanging at the beach, sitting on the patio, and just reminiscing through story telling with others. He liked to listen to 70’s music, checking out antique cars, and working in his workshop. In addition to his family, he liked being with his friends in the van clubs and they often trekked to beach.
Keith will be missed dearly by his family and friends.
He is survived by his wife, Gloria Armstrong Easter, Tupelo; daughter, Tracey Leigh Easter, Lebanon, TN; step-sons, Lee Armstrong (Hope), Old Hickory, TN and Mark Armstrong (Kayla), Colorado Springs, CO; grandchildren, Lilly Armstrong and Ryan Armstrong.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Barbara Kay Easter; and brother, Jimmy Douglas Easter.
A Memorial Service will be planned at a later date.
