Inez Chandler

Sheffield— Inez Chandler, 81, passed away on Wednesday, August 14, 2019 at the Cottage of the Shoals in Tuscumbia, AL. Born on October 30, 1937, she was a daughter of the late Alvie Jordan and Quillie Snow.

Inez is survived by her sons, Dennis King (Mary), Virginia Beach, VA, Randy King (Carolyn), Lobelville, TN, Tony King (Laura), Muscle Shoals, AL, Michael King, Lake Charles, LA; grandchildren, Jarrett King, Curtiss King, Caleb King, Aaron King, Adam King, Jacob King, and Shannon Hudson; twelve great-grandchildren; sisters, Johnie Deaton, Pearl, MS, Faye Jordan, Lake Charles, LA, Opal Jordan, Columbus, MS; brother, Hoyte Jordan, Amory, MS; and a host a nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, Ray King; second husband, Ted Chandler; and brothers, Elie Hugh, and Wayne Jordan.

A celebration of life service will be held at 1PM on Saturday, August 17, 2019, at E.E. Pickle Funeral Home, with Dale Reese officiating. Burial will follow at Haughton Memorial Park. Inez’s grandchildren will serve as pallbearers.

Visitation will be from 11AM until the service hour Saturday at the funeral home.
