Pensacola, FL - Harry C. Sugg, II, 79, of Pensacola passed away on Saturday, February 3, 2018. Born February 2, 1939, in West Point, MS, he was a son of the late Harry Calvin Sugg, Sr., and Mary Ethel Riley Sugg.
He honorably served his Country in the United States Air Force. Harry was a heavy equipment mechanic for most of his life.
Loving the outdoors, Harry enjoyed sailing, scuba diving and hunting. He also enjoyed being a rodeo clown for the Abba Shriners. Harry would always go out of his way to help others. He was a member of The Point Church and the Perdido Key community for 39 years.
Harry is survived by two children, Harry (Denise) Sugg, III and Kelly Sugg; grandson, Caleb Sugg; sister, Joan Sugg Cash; sister-in-law, Patsy Sugg; and several nieces and nephews.
Along with his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife of 45 years, Ruby Julian Sugg; brother, James E. Sugg, Sr.; brother-in-law, Claud Cash.
His Funeral Service will be held at 11 AM, Friday, February 9 at E. E. Pickle Funeral Home, Amory, with Bro. Danny Burks officiating. Private burial will be in New Hope Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 9-10:50 AM, Friday at the funeral home.
A Memorial Service will be held on Tuesday at The Point Church, Perdido Key, with Rev. Tim Coleman officiating. Faith Chapel Funeral Home is entrusted with his arrangements.
