Gideon Elias Simpson

Auburn – Gideon Elias Simpson was born at 6:28pm on September 14th, 2017, and went home to be with the Lord at 5:10am on September 16th, 2017, in the arms of his family. He fought valiantly and will forever be remembered as a warrior. Gideon brought joy to every person who had the pleasure to know him, and the legacy he leaves is one that will remain for years to come.
He is survived by his parents and brother, Jason and Morgan Simpson and Owen Simpson, Auburn, AL; grandparents, Allen and Cindy Simpson and Alan and Sha Easter, Amory; uncle and aunts, Daniel Simpson; Madi and Marli Easter, Amory.

His funeral service will be at 3 PM, Tuesday, September 19 at First Baptist Church, Amory, with Dr. Allen Simpson and Jason Simpson officiating. A graveside service will follow in Masonic Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Daniel Simpson, Hunter Keeton and Grant Nerren.

His family will receive friends from 1 - 2:50 PM, Tuesday, at the church.
Donations in Gideon’s honor can be given to the children’s department at Parkway Baptist Church, 766 E. University Dr., Auburn, AL 36830.
