Eugenia Kendrick

Eugenia Mize Kendrick, 91 passed peacefully away Monday, August 19, 2024 in Amory, Mississippi.  She was born August 9, 1933 to Thomas Chester Mize and Grace Sims Mize in Quincy, Mississippi.  After graduating from Becker School, she lived in Texas, Illinois, Virginia, New Mexico and Oklahoma before returning to Monroe County.  She retired after working for Security Bank of Amory for 20 years and Monroe County Tax Collectors Office for 6 years.  She loved the Lord and was a member of First United Methodist Church of Amory. Passionate about medical research, she was a member of the Star Study at NMMC and the Star II Study for Mental Health Prevention.  A private family service will be held.
