View her video tribute: http://videos.lifetributes.com/165420 Wren - Bonnie Eloise Jackson Wamble, 70, died on Monday, September 27, 2010, at Gilmore Memorial RMC.  Born on January 26, 1940, in Wren, she was a daughter of the late Ted and Mildred Dixon Jackson. A devoted, loving, caring wife, mother, grandmother and friend, Eloise was known as “Gran” to everyone in the community.  A lifelong resident of Wren, she was a graduate of Wren High School, Class of 1957.  Gran retired from Security Bank in 1996 after a number of years employment.  She was a member of Wren Presbyterian Church.  Gran enjoyed flowers, gardening, reading, watching her grandchildren play sports, and playing BUNCO.  Having never met a stranger and a great conversationalist, she volunteered at Gilmore Memorial RMC, delivered Meals on Wheels, and loved delivering flowers on Valentine’s Day for Amory Flower Shop.She is survived by her husband whom she married on January 3, 1959, Eddie Wamble, Wren; daughters, Kathy (Sam) Nerren, Amory, Kaye (John) Hannaford, Germantown, TN, and Amy (Brian) Jones, Amory; grandchildren, Miles Nerren, Mary Paige Francis, Madison Francis, Grant Nerren, Jed Hannaford, Anna Beth Hannaford, and Tanner and Parker Poole; Mother-in-law, Elizabeth Wamble, Wren; sister-in-law Sue Wamble (Buddy) Wax, Dothan, AL; several nieces and nephews; and many special and dear cousins that have always been near to her heart.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a son, Bill Wamble and her brothers, Wayne and Bobby Jackson. A Celebration of Life service for Eloise Wamble will be held at 2 PM, Wednesday, September 29 at the funeral home with Dr. Allen Simpson officiating.  Burial will follow in Old Union Cemetery, Wren.  Pallbearers will be Jim Flaherty, Mabry Allison, Jr., Buddy Wax, Dan Shepherd, Herbert Word, Kenneth Keith, Kenneth Archer, Ronald Archer, Tom Booth, Bill Cheek, Rusty Murphree, Bailey Haney and Richard Pearson.Visitation will continue on Wednesday until the service hour. Memorials may be given to Old Union Cemetery, % Mabry Allison, 32696 Hwy. 45 N, Okolona, MS 38860. Memories and condolences may be shared and viewed at eepicklefuneralhome.com.  Arrangements for the Wamble family are in the care of E.
