Tupelo – Danny Miller, 57, passed away on Monday, January 11, 2016, at NMMC, Tupelo. Born on May 9, 1958, in Osceola, AR, he was a son of Delia Duckworth Robbison Miller and the late Herman I. D. Miller.
Danny attended Hatley High School. He worked as a painter and was of the Baptist faith. Having a great sense of humor, Danny loved being outdoors and hunting. A momma’s boy who lived life to the fullest every day, he loved to grill and work on trucks. Danny enjoyed watching NASCAR and wrestling.
Survivors include his wife, best friend, and soulmate, Kay Miller, Tupelo; mother, Delia Miller, Tupelo; daughter, Amanda Clayton (Gerald), Nettleton; son, Danny Nicholson (Christy), Mooreville; sister, Debraanne Vaughan (Jerry), Becker; grandchildren, Gerald, Maggie, and Danny Clayton; Santana and Breanna Nicholson; nephews and nieces, Daniel Seymore (Rachel), Amory, and Dawn Cavender (Jerry), Amory.
In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his grandparents, Ethel and Columbus Miller; Juanita and Woody Robbison; and grandson, Devin Nicholson.
His Funeral Service will be held at 2 PM, Wednesday, January 13, 2016, at E. E. Pickle Funeral Home, Amory, with Bro. C.D. Curry officiating. Burial will follow in Haughton Memorial Park. Pallbearers will be Josh Patterson, Doyle Vick, Adam Lesley, Trey Hemphill, Cass Heatherly, and Tyler Birmingham.
Visitation will be from 11 AM – 1:45 PM, Wednesday, at the funeral home.
