Cathy Lynn Redden

Becker- Cathy Lynn Willhite Redden, 44, died Wednesday, December 11, 2013 at NMMC. Born November 29, 1969 in Amory, she was the daughter of Berlon and Irene Fowlkes Willhite. She married Joseph Redden in 1991. A graduate of Hatley High School, she was of the Baptist faith and was a sales associate in the Bakery at Wal-Mart in Amory. A very generous lady with a big heart, she loved helping people. She loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. She enjoyed cake decorating, which brought smiles to many people.

She is survived by her husband of 22 years, Joseph Redden, Becker; daughter, Amy Mize (Lucas Jiminez), Becker; brother, Kenny Sanders (Rebecca), Hamilton; grandchildren, Lydiah and Alissia Jiminez; special nieces, Jennifer Sanders, Stephanie Clark, Amber Willhite and a host of other nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by a brother, David Willhite.

A Celebration of Life service will be held at 11am, Friday, December 13, 2013 at E.E. Pickle Funeral Home with Bro. Robert Earl Fowlkes officiating. Burial will follow in Greenbrier Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Chris Mitchem, Doug Davis, Lucas Jiminez, Eric Ray, JJ Carter and Michael Jiminez. Honorary pallbearers will be Brandon Murff, Danny Morris, Jr., Jerry Morris and Dave Pennington.

Visitation will be Thursday evening at the funeral home from 5-8pm.
