Brenda Fay White

Fulton – Brenda Fay White, 68, passed away Friday, November 17, 2017, at Dogwood Plantation in Fulton, MS. Born on June 19, 1949, in Tiptonville, TN, she was a daughter of the late William Essary and Ila Mae Allen White.

Brenda grew up in a large family in Tennessee and she attended Lake County High School in Tiptonville. Brenda worked in the garment industry and also as a waitress. She was a caring woman who was blessed with three children during her lifetime. A child of God, she was of the Baptist faith. Brenda was funny, protective of her family and had a carefree spirit. She enjoyed the simple things in life. One who never met a stranger, she had numerous friends and later in life she considered everyone at Dogwood Plantation her friends.

The greatest things in her life that gave her joy were not things, they were her family, her children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and siblings. She liked to listen to Country Music and in her free time, she enjoyed drinking Coca-Cola and watching games shows on television. Brenda loved playing Bingo and other games with her friends at Dogwood Plantation. Her trips to the Casino in Philadelphia created great memories. Brenda was a wonderful mother, grandmother, sister, and friend to all. She will be missed dearly by all that had the pleasure to know her yet her memories will live on.

She is survived by her daughter, Kimberly Perry (Darren), Jackson, MO; sons, Nelson Hickman, Effingham, IL; Eric White (Sheena), Ripley; sisters, Shirley Sapp (Randy), Saltillo; Linda Newman (David), Olive Branch; brothers, Harold White (Kathryn), Hickman, KY; Doyle White (Kathy), Belden; grandchildren, Lindie, Dannielle, Lacey, Arren, Eric, Chandler, Abbie and Joshua; great-grandchildren, Kinslee, Shaylee, Nataleigh, Kolten and Mollie; several nieces and nephews; friends at Dogwood.
