Barbara Holloway
Baldwyn, Miss.—Barbara Kay Ford Holloway, 66, died on Monday, November 4, 2013 at her home. Born May 25, 1947 in Indiana, she was a daughter of Herman Thomas and LaRue Wilson Ford. She was a member of the Ingram Baptist Church. She worked as a hairstylist for many years and was an avid conversationalist. She enjoyed visiting and talking with people and she enjoyed spending time with her family.
A Celebration of Life Service will be 11 a.m. Saturday, November 9, 2013 at the E.E. Pickle Funeral Home Chapel in Amory with Bro. Jason Webb officiating. Burial will be in the Young Memorial Gardens.
Survivors include one son, Michael Holloway (Alison) of Shannon; two sisters, Jo Chism (Chip) of Aberdeen and Cindy Ford of Smithville; one brother, Tommy Ford (Gail) of Amory; two grandsons, John Kelly (Margaret) and Dusty Kelly (Lane); and 4 great grandchildren, Kyle, Betsy, Mary Clark, and John Henry Kelly.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Pallbearers will be John Kelly, Dusty Kelly, Josh Chism, Cory Chism, Bryan Stevens, and Tim Stephens.
Visitation will be 5 until 8 p.m. on Friday evening and will continue until service time on Saturday at the funeral home.
