Annie Williams

Amory – Melissa Ann Collins Williams, 43, died on Wednesday, August 12, 2015, at Merit Health Gilmore Memorial. Born on March 11, 1972, in Tupelo, she was the daughter of the late John Doss and Claire Mae Price Collins.

Melissa attended Saltillo High School where she was extremely smart especially with numbers. Her children and family were the most important to her; she always enjoyed taking care of her family. She loved to watch soap operas and cooking shows, and her favorite show was The Chew. She attended Bethel Apostolic Church and loved all kinds of music.

Survivors include her husband, Joe Williams, Amory; daughters, Jessica Williams, Saltillo, and Carolyn Williams, Amory; son, John Williams, Amory; brother, Robert Collins (Jackie), Saltillo; grandchild, Jalie Gilbert.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Letta Mae Hall, and brother Wayne Collins

A Graveside Service will be held at 11 AM, Friday, August 14, 2015, in Euclatubba Cemetery, Saltillo, with Bro. Phillip Blaylock officiating. Pallbearers will be Bobby Collins, Lee Roy Hall, Harold Guyton, and Jonathan Davidson

Visitation will be from 9:00 am – 10:30 AM, Friday at the funeral home
