Andy Odom
Goodletsville, TN—William Andrew Odom, 35, formerly of Amory died on Friday, August 24, 2012 in Amory. Born May 23, 1977 in Amory, he was a son of Dr. Terry W. and Elizabeth Ann Betz Odom.
A 1995 graduate of Amory High School he also attended Itawamba Community College and the Savannah College of Art and Design and he worked as a graphic designer. A loving father, he was also amazingly creative and talented and loved artistic activities like woodworking, drawing, painting, and building things. He was chosen as Little Mr. Amory for 1982 and was also the poster child for the Mississippi Affiliate of the American Diabetes Association. He was a member of the Nashville Scooter Club and the Church of Christ.
A Celebration of Life Service will be 1:30 p.m. on Wednesday, August 29, 2012, at the Amory Church of Christ with Minister Philip Hathcock officiating. Burial will be in the Masonic Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Jonathan Boozer, Daniel Cresap, Richard Stockton, Ches Betz, Freddie McAllister, and Kevin Patterson.
Survivors include his parents, Dr. Terry Odom (Ann) of Amory; one daughter, Oonagh Odom of Hendersonville, Tenn.; one son, Rocko Andrew Odom of Hendersonville, Tenn.; one sister, Betsy Odom of Chicago, Ill.; one brother, Greg Odom; uncles and aunts, Alan Betz (Teresa) of Lawrenceburg, Tenn., Dr. Steven Odom (Delores) of Murfreesboro, Tenn., Randy Odom (Jan) of Murfreesboro, Tenn.; cousins, Ches Betz (Linda), Marilee Betz, Steven Odom (Adalyn), Deborah Odom, Lashlee Dobson (David), and Tate Odom.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Dr. and Mrs. E.P. Odom and Chester and Carolyn Betz.

Visitation will be 5 until 8 p.m. Tuesday evening at the church and will continue until service time on Wednesday.
